Our client designs and installs the latest equipment technology to commercial accounts that include auditoriums, conference rooms, government agencies and universities.
What made this deal different from most of the AV deals 1st Commercial Credit sees is that they are contracted by a very large and well-known Audio Visual Equipment Manufacturer that caters to fortune 500 companies and large commercial companies.
They assign a detailed work order for our client that designs the layouts and makes recommendations of the equipment required. The manufacturer sells the equipment and subcontracts our client to finish the installation and setup.
Once the job is completed our client generates the invoice and we fund it by factoring the receivable after the manufacturer verifies the invoice acknowledgment. We then wait 45 days to get paid.
